Chocolate and Wine Pairing

We invite you to indulge in some decadent chocolate and your favorite wine the weekend of February 9th to 11th.  Mummerts Chocolate of Carlisle, PA will be providing four rich milk or dark Swiss chocolates to be paired with a four pour flight of our estate bottled wines. Grab your family and friends and plan for time together during this in-person self-led pairing. Tickets are $20.

Each ticket includes:

If you are unable to join us in-person, please purchase one of our limited ‘Pick-up Only Chocolate Pairing’ tickets! You will receive your chocolates and flights packaged in a to-go bag so you are able to enjoy your pairing from the comfort of your own home.

This February treat your special someone to a pizza and wine dinner with optional chocolate pairing here at The Winery at the Long Shot Farm! Let us be your one-stop place to impress while still keeping things simple.

This $45 ticket can be used to enjoy your pick of one bottle of wine and a large 16″ pizza of your choice from Marcellos of Carlisle, PA on Saturday, February 10th, 2023 at 6PM in our cozy winery. (A ticket may be shared between 2 or 3 people)

After purchase, you will receive an email asking your pizza preference for your order. (You can choose the wine the day of the event) We will need to have all email responses by February 9th, 2024. If we haven’t heard back from you by February 9th, we will automatically order Pepperoni for you. Please message us back directly if you have any dietary restrictions or have chosen the gluten-free option. Please be sure to include your correct email address when completing your order.

Additionally, you have the option to add 4 rich dark or swiss chocolates from Mummerts in Carlisle for $10 by using this link. This add on is designed to augment your pairing. There will only be seating for guests who have purchased pairing tickets.

Helena’s Creperie of Carlisle, PA will be providing four delicious macarons to be paired with a four pour flight of our semi-sweet to sweet wines*. Kim was recently diagnosed with breast cancer & will be undergoing chemotherapy & surgery to remove the cancer from her body. With the toll it will take on her body, she will be unable to work.  Insurance is not paying for everything, further increasing financial hardships.
