In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to use herbs and spices in cooking for the best flavor and how to use them to cut back on added salt, sugar, and fats in recipes. Our instructors will help you with hands-on recipe preparation, walking you through every step. Best of all, you will be able to taste-test what you cook during the class.
