  • Artisan Pizza Food Truck

    The Winery at the Long Shot Farm 1925 McClure’s Gap Road, Carlisle, PA, United States
    Artisan Pizza is coming to the winery for the first time from 5-8pm! They are a mobile wood-fired oven pizza catering business providing fantastic pizza!
     
    Artisan Pizza typically make the following pizzas on any given night. They also name the pizzas after Italian artists or art.
     
    1. Angelica- Plain cheese, Romano, mozzarella, provolone mix
    2. Bernini- Pepperoni, sourced from manufacturer
    3. Raphael- Italian hot sausage, fresh made at Wenger Meats in Carlisle
    4. Donatello- Mushrooms, either Shiitake (Perry Co. if available) or Cremini
    5. Michelangelo- Bacon, bacon pieces
    6. Mona Lisa- Tomato/basil, fresh tomatoes and fresh organic basil
     
    Parking is in front of the barn or directly across the street in our over flow parking lot in the grass. If the weather is nice, feel free to bring some chairs!
     
    We will have a few rules (following the governors guidelines ) to keep everyone safe.
     
    -All food and drink is either TO-GO or can only be consumed outside.
    -We have limited outside seating, so feel free to bring your own chairs or blankets.
    -No large gatherings, please spread out from other groups.
    -We will monitor how many guests are in the tasting room at one time, so please be patient.
    -Don’t forget your masks when you come into the tasting room or when you visit the truck!

  • 7:30pm Outside Trivia at the Winery: Disney Theme

    The Winery at the Long Shot Farm 1925 McClure’s Gap Road, Carlisle, PA, United States

    **THIS IS AN OUTSIDE EVENT** If it rains, the event will be held on the following Thursday, July 16 at 7:30pm.

    Join us at the Winery for an OUTSIDE Trivia Night Event! Teams can be up to 4 people. Purchase 1 ticket per team.

    -Tables will be spaced further apart for safe distancing. And will be sanitized before and after the event.
    -Masks required in the tasting room. Masks are not necessary while sitting and playing.

    Put on your mouse ears and join us at The Winery at the Long Shot Farm for a themed trivia event on Friday, JULY 1Oth at 7:30pm, hosted by Cheaters Never Prosper. Our theme for this event is All things Disney Trivia! Questions will be about live action movies, older movies & new movies and Disney world questions too! Doors open at 7:15PM and the first question is announced at 7:30PM.

    With the purchase of your ticket your team will receive a $20 Long Shot Farm gift card upon arrival to use on your first purchase. You will also get 4 guaranteed spots for your trivia team. If your team is more than 4 people, you will need to purchase a second ticket. You must come with your email confirmation of the ticket (on your phone is fine) and ID showing you are 21+ to receive the gift card. For any other questions, please message our facebook page or email sammy@thelongshotfarm.com.

    You may bring your own food to this event!

    There are 2 Trivia games happening this night and both will have the same questions. So please only sign up for one game!

    B & L Dogz will be visiting again July 11 from 3-8pm!

    We will have a few rules (following the governors guidelines ) to keep everyone safe.

    -All food and drink is either TO-GO or can only be consumed outside.
    -We have limited outside seating, so feel free to bring your own chairs or blankets.
    -No large gatherings, please spread out from other groups.
    -We will monitor how many guests are in the tasting room at one time, so please be patient.

    Join us for a Relaxing outdoor yoga session at the Beautiful Winery at The Long Shot Farm! The yoga class starts at 10am and is for All-Levels of experience.
    Please bring a yoga mat or large towel.
    No need to Preregister~stop by and join us! Class Fee: $10

  • Book Club at The Winery: The Lost Vintage by Ann Mah

    On August 6th, we are planning to have our ‘IN-PERSON’ book club discussion at 6pm at the Winery! (1925 McClures Gap Rd Carlisle, for any newbies)
    Our August book discussion will be on: The Lost Vintage by Ann Mah
    At this time we can only have a limited number of participants inside the winery during  the ‘green phase’ of our state’s pandemic reopening plan. Things are still changing weekly, and daily, so I will reach out to everyone via email right before the book club date to clarify our plan. If we have a large group we may need to meet outside in the vineyard.
